Warm welcoming staff made for a pleasant stay. My room was spacious and well-designed, with a good vibe. The hotel is just a quick walk from the Cathedral and nearby attractions. They even had a cafe in the lobby which was nice to chill at! ☕

The hotel had a charming atmosphere with a nice café for relaxation. Staff were exceptionally accommodating and the location allowed for easy access to attractions, but parking was a bit tricky.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a short stroll from the city's highlights. The spacious rooms blend comfort with style. The staff are exceptionally welcoming. Breakfast could use more variety, and cleanliness needs improvement, but for the price, it’s worth considering for a quick stay!

Unique room layouts, outdoor parking options, outdoor garden for relaxation

The absence of basic amenities such as glasses and kettles is frustrating!!! Housekeeping could use serious improvement by properly cleaning and ensuring no stray hairs are left behind. Cluttered breakfast area impacts comfort significantly!!!

Spacious, modern rooms with comfortable beds create a decent atmosphere for relaxing. The lovely outside garden area offers plenty of seating for unwinding after a day out.

The room cleanliness leaves much to be desired. stray hairs were noticeable and some surfaces could use a proper wipe down. There seemed to be insufficient staff during peak times, leading to long waits—particularly at the bar where I stood for 15 minutes without being served. Breakfast had a cramped feel with cluttered tables and often lacked available cups and utensils.

they upgraded my room without asking which was a disaster. the noise from the elevator was unbearable, not to mention the ceiling was leaking. also, despite suffering through a melodious local fiesta until 1am, i expected amends or at least some attentiveness from the staff, but it seems that's too much to ask.

The risotto at the nearby Taperia Santa Clara was a flavor explosion that I still dream about! The bar and lounge area offered a cozy vibe, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. Plus, I really appreciated how spacious my Standard Double or Twin Room felt, with a good amount of natural light flooding in.

The location is a plus, being just a short walk from the Cathedral and main plazas. Staff members were friendly, particularly Alba, who warmly welcomed me. However, the room needed a thorough cleaning. stray hairs were noticeable, and the desk was dusty. Despite this, the spaciousness of the room and a nice hot shower made my stay comfortable. Breakfast was fairly priced but could have benefited from more variety, contributing to a somewhat cramped atmosphere.

great stay but minor parking hassle

The young man at reception was very pleasant and helpful. He assisted us in locating the underground parking across the road, which was owned by the hotel chain, allowing us to safely store our bicycles overnight. The accommodation offered great value and was conveniently close to the Camino de Santiago route. We enjoyed a lovely city view from our room.

my stay at boutique museo was better than expected! the room was tidy and clean, and just a short walk to the cathedral and restaurants. staff were super helpful, making my solo trip enjoyable.
